Servicing Information

A new boat or personal watercraft, like any quality product, will serve you best when you maintain it at recommended intervals.  To assist you in keeping your boat or personal watercraft at its top performance, we provide the following information:

Break-in Period:
The recommended break-in period for outboard motors, inboard/outboard motors, and Sea Doo’s is the first 10 hours of use. There are three basic procedures you should follow.

1. Allow engine to warm-up before leaving the dock. This will ensure proper oil pressure and essential lubrication of engine components.
2. Vary your speed of travel during the break-in period. Do not hold it at one speed for extended periods of time.
3. After 10 hours of run time, bring it in for service. It is important to change the oil and check the various fluids and pumps at this time. After this first servicing, you can perform servicing at 50 hours or annually.

Regular Servicing:  Charges are as follows:

Inboard / Outboard: Servicing is done on an hourly rate. Please call for an estimated amount on the requested service.

Outboard: 25HP-135HP 4 Stroke $229             150HP-250HP 4 Stroke $242

Sea Doo: 4 Stroke $182             2 Stroke $127

Haul-out Charge: $2 per foot (Does not apply to warranty work)
Hourly Labor Charge: $85
Dock side service Charge: $45, $65, or $85 depending on distance from Marina.
2008 & later Super Charger rebuild: $550
2007 & earlier model SC rebuild: $650
